Why and how is Saudi Arabia becoming secular?

Saudi Arabia stays an Islamic theocracy as their government has declared the Quran and the Sunnah of Muhammed to be the country's Constitution. Freedom of religion is not provided for under the law, but spreading the religion is illegal as Islam is the official religion. But recently, there have been rumors spread as to how and why is Saudi Arabia seen to be inclining towards secularism.

Mohammad bin Salman (the crown prince and PM of Saudi Arabia) was seen in formals and westernized clothes, far away from the traditional attire of the country and culture. Not this much but also to eradicate radical terrorism he started destroying the natural heritage of the country, since 1985 it is reported 98% of the country’s history is wiped out.

Abayas, a full-length outer garment worn by some Muslim women which were once the compulsory thing in the country is now optional in exam halls. Women driving has also become legal.

Mohammad bin Salman introduced Islam moderate vision 2030, to implement this policy he laid down 4 steps:

1. He has executed Salman Al Awdah, Awad Al qarni, Ali Al omari because according to Mohammad bin Salman they were spreading terrorism in the name of religion.

2. He ordered to remove all loud speakers from masjids.

3. And so is broadcasting from inside the masjids also banned.

4. Donations like ikhtiyar are also banned.

Saudi has made its ties with France a lot more strong, with France which once disrespected Islamic culture by drawing the picture of the holy prophet Mohammad saw.
